Do you want to share your culture with other families at Nelson?
We are looking for families to host a table representing your culture and heritage. This could include a "show and tell" about your heritage, family's history/rituals, a display of meaningful artifacts, facts, games, maps, dance, traditional clothing, and more.
Broad categories are:
• Showcase traditional/native clothing.
• Serve a traditional food (must have ingredients listed)
• Share holiday traditions, favorite games, or sports.
• Display flags, artwork, books, and other artifacts that represent your country.
• Play music or share your native language.
• Bring a small craft or activity for children to complete.
