The Future is NOW!
Over the next two weeks, the Apex team visits each classroom for a few minutes to deliver the daily leadership lesson, acknowledge awesome leadership behavior, and reward students. Before the Apex team leaves the classroom, they conduct a quick focusing exercise to ensure the students are refocused on their teacher and prepared to continue their regular lessons.
Our Apex Fundraiser is now open for pledging.
It's time to show your support by donating on your student’s
pledge page. Simply log in to myapexevent.com using their unique
student access code found on the VIP Badge that was sent home
today. Check your email for daily updates from your child’s teacher.
Together, let's rally behind our goal to raise funds for supporting our
PTA enrichments to support students and staff throughout the year.

Multicultural Night 4/17
Join Us for our Nelson PTA Multicultural Night on April 17th!
We’re celebrating the diversity that makes our school and community special. We would love to have you be a part of it.
This could include a "show and tell" about your heritage, family's history/rituals, a display of meaningful artifacts, facts, games, maps, dance, traditional clothing, and more.
Broad categories are:
• Showcase traditional/native clothing.
• Serve a traditional food (must have ingredients listed)
• Share holiday traditions, favorite games, or sports.
• Display flags, artwork, books, and other artifacts that represent your country.
• Play music or share your native language.
Bring a small craft or activity for children to complete.

If so, join the 2025/2026 PTA team and help us bring new ideas together. You can even co-chair with someone else to help learn the ropes and share new ideas.
